It doesn't get much better than this. Dylan "caught" a moose while hunting Upriver this past week. I say caught because that's how people around here refer to killing a moose. It's sort of become part of our dialect now. The moose hung Friday, we processed it Saturday afternoon, and then last night we made sausages and smoked them. They are awesome! (See pictures below.)
School starts tomorrow...yikes! Back to the workforce!

that looks delish (but also a little gory). Is there anything I could send you from the mainland in trade for some tasty moose? I don't know if you can mail moose meat though.
