What'll life be without homegrown tomatoes?

Sitting beside me in the Anchorage Airport is a bag of little treasures that I'm bringing home to Dylan from Chris' garden in Minnesota. They're heirloom tomoatoes. They've been bumped and bruised and definitely look like they've had a bit of a rough trip. They smell delicious though. I wonder what we should make with them tonight? I want them to be the main focus and not just hidden in a dish. Any suggestions?

Today was a double post. Scroll down for more from the trip!
