D's Book Rack
I'm addicted to checking a design site that focuses on children's design. I have a folder on my desktop filled with nearly a thousand picture of ideas that I like. This book rack was one that I thought at some point I'd like to make. I showed it to D a couple of weeks ago and low and behold we now have our very own version. After I took the picture, I even noticed that one of the books in our rack is the same as the one we emulated.

I think I'd like stain too! Let the books be the showy part that way. : )

Very impressive. Hmm, I'll take one of those too. :) Actually I would stain it, I like the natural look.
I vote for stain as well, but Chet likes to stain wood in natural tones simply to protect the wood. He also says that if he decides later to change he doesn't have to deal with nasty chemicals.
