This past weekend we went to another public use cabin. This time it was with another couple and their 2 1/2 year old son. It was a nice short ski out and back. The moon was full and the temps were nice. This is one of the most popular cabins and we were pretty lucky to get reservations. Am I enticing anyone to come and visit yet? We went out to eat on our way home. It's becoming more and more rare that I can get J out of the car asleep and keep him asleep. He woke up just as the food came. We gave him his first taste of refried beans. The jury is still out whether or not he likes them. We'll have to try them again soon.
wow! these cabins are a step up from the army tent & woodstove half-way to manokotak...ah, i loved sleeping out in that tent (and with that sleeping bag!!). love the pics.
