Announcing Morgan Marie
Morgan was born yesterday at 9:25 a.m. after only about 9 hours of labor! Woohoo! That sure beats Jack's record of 29 hours. She weighed 8 lbs 15.9 oz. and is 20.25" long. She's eating well and has had several hours of good sleep here tonight. Here are some of her first pictures. Enjoy!

Jack was pretty impressed (as much as he can be at this age) with his little sister. He touched her face and hands and now says her name really well. I'm really looking forward to seeing how inquisitive he is in the next few weeks!

Morgan is absolutely wonderful! I've always said that Jackson was the most beautiful baby in the world, but now I think he's met his match. I can't wait to hold her!
