J had a run in with a snow machine trailer at preschool this morning. Poor guy ended up with some pretty gnarly cuts when the kayak they were using as a sled slid under a trailer. The heroic little guy tried to tip the kayak to protect his sister. She was riding also but apparently she ducked (she would also sit a lot lower). Hopefully he heals up quick. Right now we're thinking of fun stuff we can do tomorrow with a scraped up face and Ds's shoulder and splinted hand because he's overused it. We're a hot mess over here. Send healing vibes our way please.
