Spreichen sie Deutsch?

When I'm at school my blog directions like the sign in, sign out, new post, etc are in English. When I go home my blog directions are in German. When I go around to other people's blogs that are run by Blogger, they are also in German when I'm at home. This phenomenon started about a week and a half ago. Any ideas?
