Conference Week

We had parent/teacher conferences this past week. Thursday was my marathon day with 23 twenty minute conferences. Whoa! Then on Friday I only had one, so it was mostly a work day for me! We were able to leave early Friday as well because we stayed late the day before. Anyway, it must have also been conferences for the moose. This mama moose had arrived at school with her two little ones and stayed for hours. It made it interesting for people coming in and out. Here are the pics I took when I left.

We're also putting in a deck on the back of our apartment.  It's going to have the cool horizontal wire  around it that won't obstruct the view as much.  Just to the right of the stairs on the deck there will be a door going into the apartment.  We just had friends move in next door until D's parents move in next summer.  We're excited to get some deck time happening.  This side of the house gets a ton of light, even in the winter some days will be nice to sit on the deck.
