Transitions

We've been getting ready this weekend to go back to school. Yep, it's that time of year already. It comes a bit earlier here in AK, but our year ends in May so it's time. J is going to preschool tomorrow and M is going to my jobshare partner's house while I go to a training.  She has yet to take a bottle reliably.  I may be running out on my training during lunch to feed a starving girl. 

I love this picture with M working so hard to get that thing in her mouth.  M is 5 months old today!

J has been really into playing fetch with Tua.  He is also usually a good sport and brings the ball back to J. 

Ah summer...

Today J practiced eating his lunch from his frog lunch box.  I can't wait to hear how it goes for him tomorrow.  This is definitely a big day for him.

M is still exclusively breast fed.  She is showing a lot of interest in food though.  Just this week we started having her sit in the high chair when we all eat.  I guess it won't be too long now before she's having her first tastes of solids.  She's growing up so fast.
