I'm sure today was a record with our temperatures. My van was reading 70 degrees. The preschool director had us bring swimsuits so they could play with squirt guns and water tables. When I picked up both kids they were soaked and happy with their little sun kissed faces. They were also dirty! D had a track meet and was going to recover/repair the Ranger, so it was just me and the kids. I decided that I was exhausted and we were going to take showers, get in our PJs, and watch a movie. They were psyched. It was just the low key evening we needed. Now they are both off in bed getting their rest.
Tomorrow is supposed to be just as warm. You'll see what kind of shenanigans we get into on day 3 of the blog. So far so good.
