Anyway, we started off May 2013 with a bang! Some folks that we read/heard about from Seldovia are trekking with their 2 and 4 year old around Cook Inlet. It's a four month journey. It turned out that last night they were in our vicinity, so we felt lucky to have them stay at our house. Here are some pics from their stay.

Post a Day May was certainly on MY radar - I absolutely love it! Your house guests must have been kindred spirits, as there are not a lot of couples with 2 and 4 year olds who are up for a 4 month trek in Alaska (or a month long bike trip on the Oregon coast).
